Filipino Martial Arts Programs
Train Kali, Arnis, and Eskrima with Guro Jonn through a shared Filipino Martial Arts program. Stick work, footwork, empty-hand skills, training blades, and close-range practice are connected parts of the training, with private and small-group lessons also available.
What We Train
Our programs focus on practical Filipino Martial Arts skills that build coordination, control, awareness, confidence, and real self-defence ability.
Kali / Arnis / Eskrima
Learn the fundamentals of Filipino Martial Arts through weapon-based training, movement, timing, coordination, and practical application.
Stick Fighting
Develop practical skills in stick combat, including striking angles, defence, movement, weapon control, and distance management.
Footwork & Timing
Build movement, positioning, rhythm, and timing so you can respond with better control and awareness.
Core Training Areas
These are connected training areas within the same program, rather than separate courses. Students develop striking, blocking, footwork, and body mechanics, then build on those foundations through partner work and practical application.
Striking & Empty Hands
Train hand strikes, defensive movements, and open-hand skills that connect directly to weapon-based training.
Close-Range Training
Develop control, positioning, awareness, and practical problem-solving at short distance.
Self-Defence & Awareness
Build practical awareness, risk recognition, confidence, and self-defence habits for real-world situations.
Coordination & Flow
Improve timing, rhythm, body mechanics, and the ability to move smoothly between techniques.
Who Can Train?
Complete beginners, experienced martial artists, adults, and mature teens can learn together. Guro Jonn encourages students to support their partners, ask questions, and bring consistent effort to training.
New Students
Start with the basics of Kali, Arnis, and Eskrima through clear instruction, safe drills, and structured progression.
Self-Defence Focus
Self-defence is built into regular training through movement, empty-hand skills, and practical application. Tell Guro Jonn about your goals so he can help you find a suitable starting point.
Martial Artists
Add weapon-based movement, timing, angles, and close-range control to your existing martial arts background.
Not Sure Where to Start?
You do not need to know which program is right for you before you begin. Contact us, tell us your goals, and we will help you choose the best starting point based on your experience, schedule, and training needs.
Ask About ProgramsStart Simple
Most students begin by learning the foundations: movement, timing, coordination, stick work, and basic self-defence concepts. From there, training can become more focused depending on the student’s goals.
